Der österreichische FireGirls Kalender 2010 wurde kürzlich in den USA fotografiert

Spannung, Action und beste Stimmung gab es kürzlich in der Wüste südlich von Las Vegas, wo der neue FireGirls Kalender 2010 mit einem wahren Staraufgebot fotografiert wurde.

Der sonst verschlafene Wüstenort Bullhead City, Arizona, ca. 160 km südlich von Las Vegas, erwachte Ende April zu vollem Leben, als er zum Schauplatz für den neuen FireGirls Kalender 2010 wurde.

Für den neuen Kalender wurden drei Top-Stars eingeflogen: Louise Glover aus London, Playboy Model of the Year, die schon im Jahr 2009 am Kalender zu bewundern war, wollte auch dieses Mal unbedingt dabei sein. Christine Smith, Playmate und hoch dotiertes Glamour Model aus L.A., war zum ersten Mal dabei und zeigte sich begeistert von der Arbeit für FireGirls: „Das FireGirls Shooting war das spannendste und erfahrungsreichste Shooting, bei dem ich jemals mitmachen durfte.“ Und auch Sunisa Kim, Glamour- und Fashion-Model mit Wurzeln in Kambodscha und Thailand, die laut Men’s Magazine zu den „Sexiest Women alive“ zählt, viel aus allen Wolken, als sie die Herausforderung als FireGirl erlebte: „Das Shooting war großartig! Noch nie hat ein Fotoshooting so viel Körpereinsatz und Konzentration von mir verlangt. Ich will unbedingt beim nächsten Mal wieder mit dabei sein.“

Der FireGirls Kalender 2010 wurde bereits zum dritten Mal von Playboy Fotograf Florian Lohmann und seinem Team in Szene gesetzt. „Bislang haben wir ja in Österreich fotografiert. Das erste Mal in den USA zu fotografieren war natürlich mit einem großen Wagnis verbunden: Würde die Location stimmen, passen die Requisiten und funktioniert das Team?“, berichtet Florian Lohmann. „Aber von der ersten Sekunde an, waren wir begeistert von der Landschaft, von der Hilfsbereitschaft der Feuerwehren und der Menschen in Arizona.“ Für die nötigen Originalrequisiten sorgte das Bullhead City Firedepartment, das auch seine Firestation für einige Fotos zur Verfügung stellte.

„Wir waren beeindruckt von der Begeisterung, die unser Kalender in den USA auslöste“, so Wolfgang Spekner, Pressesprecher der FireGirls. „Unser FireGirls Kalender reiht sich damit in die exklusive Riege weltweiter Erfolgsprodukte ein, die von Österreich aus in die Welt strahlen.“

The Austrian FireGirls calendar for 2010 was recently shot in the USA.

Excitement, action, and a great atmosphere prevailed recently in the desert south of Las Vegas, where the star-studded 2010 FireGirls calendar was shot.

 Bullhead City, Arizona, the otherwise quiet desert town roughly 160 km (100 miles) south of Las Vegas, came to life at the end of April as it became the setting for the new 2010 FireGirls calendar.

 For the new calendar, three top-stars were flown in:

 Louise Glover from London, Playboy Model of the Year, who already dazzled fans in the 2009 calendar, was determined to be part of it this time again. 

Christine Smith, playmate and top glamour model from L.A., took part for the first time and appeared absolutely thrilled with the work for FireGirls. “The FireGirls shoot was the most exciting one I’ve ever gotten to be part of, and I gained extremely valuable experience.”

 And also Sunisa Kim, glamour and fashion model with roots in Cambodia and Thailand, who according to Men’s Magazine ranks among the “Sexiest Women Alive,” was flabbergasted when facing the challenge of being a FireGirl. “The shoot was awesome! I’ve never before experienced a photo shoot that was so physically demanding and called for such concentration. I definitely want to be part of it again next time.” 



For the third time now, the 2010 FireGirls calendar was shot by Playboy photographer Florian Lohmann and his team. “Up to now, we’ve only shot in Austria. Shooting for the first time in the USA was of course taking a big risk. Would the location be right, are the props suitable, is the team in sync?” reports Florian Lohmann. “But right from the get-go, we were thrilled with the scenery as well as the cooperativeness of the fire departments and the people in Arizona.” D.E.Williams Shields arranged for the necessary real props and locations for the photos.

“We were impressed by the enthusiasm that our calendar triggered in the USA”, says Wolfgang Spekner, FireGirls spokesperson. "Our FireGirls calendar has now joined the ranks of top international products originating in Austria. "After the 3-day shoot, everyone partied at the hip Ghost Bar and at the Playboy Club high above the streets of Las Vegas, where the FireGirls were once again met with overwhelming enthusiasm.



The 2010 FireGirls calendar promises to be the hottest ever.
